Decided Now is a streaming recommendation web application that helps users discover movies and series available on platforms such as Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, Apple TV+, and others. The Service provides personalized suggestions based on user preferences.

Decided Now does not host, distribute, or provide access to any streaming content. All content is delivered exclusively through the respective third-party platforms.

3. Subscription

Access to premium features requires a paid subscription at $1.99 USD per month. By subscribing you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method until you cancel.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month.
You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service's catalog data.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that streaming availability information is always accurate or up to date, as platform catalogs change frequently. We are not responsible for the content available on linked streaming platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Decided Now shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.
